Good morning, today is a beautiful to begin the process of celebrating you! The First step is to realize that you are perfect just the way you are! Let’s practice


Morning Mindfulness: I am enough, just the way I am!


Deeper awakening- Spend a few minutes each day for a week to appreciate and acknowledge a few of the beautiful qualities that you lovingly share with others. Write them down daily and opening say them before meditation. The next day add one more quality to the list. On the last day, see the beautiful person you truly are. Take the feeling you are experiencing and bring in inward to your divine presence, higher guide etc. and feel the love and joy of being YOU!
