Morning mindfulness: I choose to feel calm and relaxed right now.
Deeper insight- This is an excellent excercise (especially during a retrograde) of letting go of frustration, negative thoughts or feelings etc…. Put one hand on your heart and feel your heart beating. Take 3 deep breaths in and slowly release it all through perched lips. On the in breath you bring in positive energy and when releasing the out breath you let go of the negative energy. Once complete, notice how your sense of well being is returning and your heart is beating at a loving pace once again.
