Good morning, Lighten Up Spirituality is currently on the move. We are now in Virginia. Sharing our love, light and joy. Looking at visiting like minded people such as Unity of Roanoke and a Metaphysical store or two. While possibly setting up future classes .
Morning mindfulness: With every breath, I release stress and inhale peace.
Deeper insight - Be present today with your breath. Find a quiet space, close your eyes, and take a deep slow, deep breath in. Imagine peace flowing through your entire body. Exhale slowly, visualizing stress leaving your body. Repeat this for a few minutes to feel more centered and calm.
