Good morning, as we begin the journey into fall.
Now, is the perfect time of year to release any and all anxiety, stress and put your nerves to rest. Start each day with a deep breath or two when you wake up. Let your very first thought for the day begin with a kind, uplifting or joyous thought. Even if you write it down on a piece of paper and put it on your nightstand and read when you wake.
You can make it the same thought for no more than a week. To adjust to this new joyous jump start to the day. Then write down a new thought for the day every day, until you start to wake up with a kind or grateful thought.
