Good morning, I apologize for being gone longer than expected. But as Lighten Up Spirituality continues to grow and evolve, just like everyone and everything. We will continue to teach, inspire, encourage and explain various aspects of spirituality. But from time to time will go into introspection as well to collect our information and directions from guidance. We will be going in and out of updates from November 9-29 when Mercury will be in its highest impacts of retrograde. This retrograde when I go into retreat for the new directions that Lighten Up will be going into for 2026. The New Moon that occurred last Tuesday October 21. Probably provided you with new ideas and spiritual curiosity to either set some intentions for change into a new direction, study, etc. or maybe you want to plant some new spiritual seeds for growth in directions.

Today, is the 1st Quater moon, which means that today is the perfect day to take the first step towards making the New Moon intentions and growth into reality. Even if you only take the first step, the rest will follow and open up.
