I hope everyone is working on their ah ha moments this week.


Morning mindfulness: I ground myself in the here and now, finding peace and tranquility in my breath.


Deeper insight - Take a few minutes to ground yourself with intentional breathing. Inhale slowly from the base of your spine to the crown of your head.


Hold for a few seconds before exhaling even slower, from the crown of your head to the base of your spine.
