Good morning, Happy Friday as we lovingly let go of yesterday and look forward with hope and excitement for tomorrow. While continuing to be our true self and shine with joy in anticipation for what today will bring. Love and Light


Morning Mindfulness: Today I lovingly let go of any ridged thinking so I can open myself to the positive awareness of endless possibility.


Deeper Insight - As you sit in meditation today in your sacred space. After you have done your meditation breathe simply say: I release all ridged and negative thinking. Breathe, then acknowledge I open myself to spirit and positive thinking showing me the joy within.


Basic Meditation Process - Take a deep meditation breathe in through the nose and slowly release ALL air through perched lips. This represents meditations basic principle "In with the positive and out with the negative". Do this process 3 times, then breathe normally.
