Deeper insight- Take a break today for at least 10 minutes. Choose a relaxing activity that restores your energy and acknowledge the importance of rest in your life. Or take a few minutes doing your meditation breathe while looking at this wonderful image then close your eyes and picture yourself in one of the chairs for a few moments when you open your eyes. Realize how peaceful you feel.
